Noren: every sento in Tokyo, with its hours, and a cat to collect at each one you visit.
- How do I get a stamp?
- Go to the sento, open it in Noren and tap "Get my stamp" near the entrance. Stamps can only be collected on the spot, so location must be on, with Precise Location allowed.
- It says I'm not at the sento, but I am.
- Step outside or near the entrance and tap again: phones locate less precisely indoors. If it keeps failing, write to us with the sento's name.
- Are the hours always right?
- Hours are based on the Tokyo Sento Association's public sento list, including closed days and public holiday hours and closures. Special days can still change them: when Noren says "Check hours", call the sento or check its page before you go.
- How do I send a photo of a sento?
- Open the sento and tap "Share a photo" on its drawing. Outside: a photo you took yourself. Inside: only with the sento's OK, and with nobody in the picture. We credit you and the sento.
- Which languages does Noren speak?
- English, Japanese, Chinese (simplified and traditional) and Korean. Noren follows your iPhone's language, and you can switch it from the map header.
- How do I keep my journal when I change iPhones?
- In Settings, export a backup, then import it on the new iPhone.
- A sento is missing, closed or wrong?
- Write to us and we will fix it in the next update.

- スタンプのもらい方は？
- 銭湯に行き、Norenでその銭湯を開いて、入口の近くで「スタンプをもらう」をタップしてください。スタンプはその場でしかもらえないため、位置情報（「正確な位置情報」）をオンにしてください。
- 銭湯にいるのに「銭湯でもらえます」と出ます。
- 屋内では位置の精度が下がります。入口付近や屋外でもう一度タップしてください。それでもうまくいかない場合は、銭湯名を添えてご連絡ください。
- 営業時間は正確ですか？
- 営業時間は東京都浴場組合が公開している銭湯の一覧をもとにしており、定休日や祝日の営業時間・休業も反映しています。特別な日には変わることがあるため、「要確認」と表示されている場合は、お出かけ前に銭湯へご確認ください。
- 銭湯の写真を送るには？
- 銭湯を開き、イラストの上の「写真を提供する」をタップしてください。外観はご自身で撮った写真を、内部は銭湯の許可を得たうえで、人が写っていないものをお願いします。写真にはあなたと銭湯のクレジットを記載します。
- 対応している言語は？
- 英語、日本語、中国語（簡体字・繁体字）、韓国語です。iPhoneの言語設定に合わせて表示され、マップ上部から切り替えることもできます。
- 機種変更で記録を引き継ぐには？
- 設定からバックアップを書き出し、新しいiPhoneで読み込んでください。
- 銭湯が見つからない・閉業している・情報が違う場合は？
